Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, motivated, and excited to grow with our practice.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds an active clinical license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Has an interest or experience in couples therapy, sex therapy, relationships, or intimacy concerns
• Is comfortable working with a diverse client population
• Can work both in person at our Philadelphia office and virtually
• Is organized, professional, and committed to providing quality care
• Enjoys being part of a team while maintaining independence in their clinical work
• Is motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload

Position Details

• Independent contractor (1099) position
• Hybrid schedule with required in-person availability at our Philadelphia office
• Virtual sessions available
• Flexible scheduling
• Competitive percentage-based compensation
• Administrative and marketing support
